§ 155.056 COMMITTEE MAKE-UP.
   (A)   The Plat Committee shall consist of three or five persons, with at least one of the members being a member of the Plan Commission.
   (B)   The appointment of a member of the Plat Committee is for a term of one year, but the Commission may remove a member from the Committee.
      (1)   The Commission must mail notice of the removal, along with written reasons for the removal.
      (2)   A member who is removed may not appeal the removal to a court or otherwise.
