(A) Temporary permit model home.
(1) Whenever a subdivision has received primary approval by the Plan Commission, the Commission may authorize the issuance of temporary building permits for the construction of two model homes to be used for display only.
(2) There shall not be any residential use of the model homes until the plat of the subdivision has received secondary approval by the Commission.

(B) Fees. Certification that a fee has been paid to the General Fund, which shall be $25, plus $5 for each lot, sub-lot or parcel of land.
