The Sheriff of the county shall collect a fee of $8 for each copy of an accident report as provided by I.C. 9-29-11-1. The fee collected shall be deposited with the County Auditor and placed in the county’s Accident Report Account for expenditure therefrom at the discretion of the County Sheriff for those purposes permitted by I.C. 9-29-11-1(b)(2), as from time to time be amended.
