§ 155.004 TECHNICAL REVIEW COMMITTEE.
   The Plan Commission shall establish this committee to review the application for technical conformity with the standards of this chapter, when requested by the Plan Commission, Plat Committee or Plan Commission staff. They shall send their comments to the pertinent hearing. Such comments are not necessary for action to be taken on a subdivision.
