§ 155.002 OTHER DEPARTMENT CLEARANCES.
   The County Plan Commission shall not approve said plat or replat until the requirements of the following officials have been satisfied: Health Officer; Surveyor; Soil Conservationist; Board of Commissioners; and County Highway Engineer.
