The Public Development Plan consists of a map entitled “Public Development Plan for Wayne County, Indiana” designated as Exhibit “A” attached to the ordinance codified herein and made apart hereof. Said map shows the locations of existing and proposed streets and thoroughfares, schools and recreational facilities. The map, and all ordinances amendatory thereof, shall be on file for public display and examination during regular office hours of the County Planning Department and shall be under the control and responsibility of the Director and staff of the County Planning Department.
