A person aggrieved by a decision of the Building Commissioner may appeal to the Board of Commissioners and then to the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission of the state in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 22-13-2-7 and I.C. 4-21.5-3-7, or as in other civil actions pursuant to I.C. 36-7-8-9.
