§ 111.03 FEES, DISTRIBUTION AND EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   Permits shall be provided by the Health Department of the county, as follows.
      (1)   A fee of $25 will be paid for each permit issued. A delinquency fee for any annual permit shall be double that of the regular fee if such permit is not obtained by February 1 of each year.
      (2)   A fee of $12.50 will be paid if the permit is issued on or after July 1 of any year.
   (B)   Permit fee exceptions shall be as follows.
      (1)   No permit fee shall be paid for food markets operated by religious, educational or charitable organizations. However, such establish- ments shall comply with the other provisions of § 111.02(A) through (I) of this chapter.
      (2)   Mobile food markets owned by a person operating a food market who possess a valid permit from the Health Officer to operate such a food market shall be exempt from the provisions of division (A) above.
   (C)   All fees collected under the terms of this chapter shall be receipted monthly into the County Health Fund for services rendered in enforcing this chapter.
