For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COUNTY. Those rural and urban areas which are under the jurisdiction of the Wayne County Health Officer.
HEALTH OFFICER. The Health Officer of Wayne County, State of Indiana, or his or her duly authorized representative.
RULE 410 I.A.C. 7-16.1, § 1. All other definitions as contained in the state’s Board of Health Rule 410 I.A.C. 7-16.1, § 1, shall apply in the interpretation and enforcement of this chapter.
