§ 93.01 INDIANA GATEWAY INDUSTRIAL PARK; TRESPASSING.
   (A)   Only persons with legitimate business purposes with respect to the interests of county or any of the commercial enterprises owning or otherwise occupying a part of the industrial park shall be permitted on the areas comprising the property; such persons to include employees or representatives of utilities and other service providers to the Industrial Park.
   (B)   Absolutely no fishing, swimming, wading or other such recreational activities shall be permitted on, in or around the portions of the property comprising the detention basin ponds.
   (C)   Absolutely no hiking, jogging, walking or other such activities shall be permitted on the property.
   (D)   No bicycle, ATV, motorcycle, automobile or other form of vehicular traffic shall be permitted on any part of the property that is not a dedicated roadway. Access to those areas that are dedicated roadways shall be limited to those persons identified in division (A) above and shall be in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations related to such trafficking.
   (E)   The Board of Commissioners shall direct the County Buildings and Grounds staff, or such other county employees as is necessary, to duly post appropriate signage on and around the property advising the public of the foregoing restrictions.
