(A) Establishment. There is hereby established in the county a County Plan Commission under the authority of an Act of the General Assembly of the State of 1947, Ch. 173.

(B) Organization. As soon as possible after their appointment, the members of said Plan Commission shall meet and organize by the election of such officers as the said Ch. 174 requires and such other officers as may, in their judgment, be necessary.
