§ 91.06 DIRECTOR’S ANNUAL REPORT.
   The County Director of Emergency Management (“Director”) is authorized and directed to collect information from the state, Federal Government and other sources on the types, volumes, routes, risks, locations of storage and transfer between mode and conditions of transport of hazardous materials and to report annually to the Board of Commissioners on the transportation of hazardous materials and the adequacy of emergency response capabilities in case of accident.
