(A) The following documents shall be kept on file in the office of the County Emergency Management Agency:
(1) Title 49 C.F.R. parts 171 through 199, as from time to time amended, governing the transportation of hazardous materials in commerce are hereby adopted by the county to ensure the application of those requirements to transportation in and through unincorporated towns and other unincorporated areas of the county; and
(2) Title 10 C.F.R. part 71, of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, as from time to time amended, is hereby adopted.
(B) When any provision of this chapter is found to be inconsistent with the regulations adopted above, the provision which provides the greater level of protection for the health, safety and welfare of the public shall prevail.
