(A) Establishment. The County Local Health Department is hereby established pursuant to I.C. 16-1-3.8-1, § 1.

(B) Management. The County Local Health Board shall manage the County Health Department, pursuant to I.C. 16-1-3.8-2 and in accord with applicable statutes of the state and ordinances of the county.

(C) Appointment. The Board of Commissioners of the county shall appoint the members of the County Local Board of Health upon 12-31-1991, pursuant to I.C. 16-1-3.8-7.

(D) Dissolvement. The present County Board of Health shall continue to maintain, manage and operate the County Health Department until 12-31-1991, with said Board hereby dissolved as of that date.
