§ 72.09 AUTHORITY TO IMPOUND VEHICLES.
   Members of the Sheriff’s Department are hereby authorized to remove an abandoned vehicle to a garage designated or maintained by the Sheriff’s Department as authorized by I.C. 9-9-1.5.
