§ 71.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Every person convicted of a violation of any provision of §§ 71.01 through 71.10 of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than $150, or less than $10.

   (C)   Every person convicted of a violation of any provisions of §§ 71.25 through 71.37 of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than $150, or less than $10.
