This program is not sponsored, nor administered, by either the County Board of Commissioners or the County Council. The Trustee of Wayne Township shall indemnify and hold harmless the County Council, the Board of Commissioners of the county, its officers, officials, representatives and employees from any and all claims or causes of action occurring as a consequence of or in any way related or arising out of the program.
