(A) (1) The Commissioners shall cause each declaration made by them pursuant to this subchapter to be publicly announced by means of broadcasts from radio stations with a normal operating range covering the county. They may cause the declaration to be further announced in newspapers of general circulation when feasible.
(2) Each announcement shall describe the action taken by the Commissioners, including the time it became or will become effective, and shall specify the roadways or areas affected.
(B) A parking prohibition declared by the Commissioners shall go into effect when designated.
