§ 30.04 MINIMAL FEE.
   (A)   No additional county funding shall be requested by the Trustee of Wayne Township for the establishment and maintenance of this program.
   (B)   This, however, does not preclude the Trustee of Wayne Township from establishing a minimal fee to be assessed against the referral agency or other persons responsible for the participating disabled persons.
