Any person requesting an inspection of an existing private sewage disposal system and/or individual water supply system for the purpose of obtaining information which is to be utilized in the selling or purchasing of a dwelling or building, shall make application for such inspection on a form provided by the Health Officer. An inspection fee of $40 shall be submitted with the application.
