(A) A contractor registered in accordance with § 52.26 of this chapter may have one or more of its employees, who are authorized to assume the responsibility of the contractor in his or her absence, make application to the Health Officer to have his or her name placed on an employee registry.
(B) Any person making application to have his or her name placed on the employee registry shall submit with such application an employee registration fee of $10 per calendar year or part thereof.
(C) A person who has had his or her name placed on the employee registry shall be present at all times that work is being performed on a private sewage disposal system, unless the contractor who has had his or her name placed on the contractors registry is present.
