§ 30.01 ESTABLISHMENT.
   There is hereby created, within the office of the Trustee of Wayne Township, a representative payee program enabling that office to serve as a payee for funds received by disabled persons throughout the county. The program shall be hereinafter titled “Trustee, Wayne Township, Wayne County Representative Payee Program”.
