(A) Should any defect exist or occur in any private sewage disposal system or privy which would cause said sewage disposal system or privy to fail and cause an insanitary condition, the defect shall be corrected by the owner or agent of the owner, occupant or agent of the occupant within the time limit set by the Health Officer.
(B) A service may be required of all systems policy, approved by the Health Officer, owners of pre-existing aeration treatment
