§ 52.05 SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION OF PERMITS.
   (A)   Any permit may be temporarily suspended by the Health Officer without notice or hearing upon violation by the holder of any of the terms of this chapter.
   (B)   Any permit issued under the terms of this chapter may be revoked after an opportunity for a hearing by the Health Officer upon serious or repeated violation.
