(A) The operator permit fee shall be $10 per year beginning January 1, of each year provided however, that any permit issued after July 1, for the balance of the year, shall be one-half of the year sum.
(1) Permits shall not be transferable and shall be carried on the vehicle at all times.
(2) Operators who comply with the provisions of this chapter and are required to pay a similar fee from another governmental agency shall be exempt from this section.
(B) The public disposal site permit fee shall be $10 per site per year beginning January 1 of each year and expiring December 31 of the same year and shall be renewed annually.
(C) State, county and municipal governments shall be exempt from all fees under the terms of this chapter.
(D) All fees collected under the terms of this chapter shall be receipted monthly into the County Health Fund for services rendered in enforcing this chapter.
