(A) Assessor copy fees. The County Assessor and the Township Assessor shall charge and collect the following fees from persons requesting copies of property record cards which are maintained in the offices of the County Assessor or Wayne Township Assessor: property record card, $1 for all types.

(B) Collection and accounting of fees. All fees collected pursuant to this section shall be accounted for and deposited into the General Fund of the county in accordance with procedures required by the State Board of Accounts. All fees collected pursuant to this section shall be paid into the county treasury at the end of the calendar month.
