(A) Recorder duplicating fee. The County Recorder is hereby authorized to tax and collect a fee for duplicating a computer tape, a computer disk, an optical disk, microfilm or similar media.

(B) Amount of fee. The fee shall be $1 per page of duplication of such media.

(C) Coverage. This fee may not cover making a handwritten copy or a photocopy or using xerography or a duplicating machine.

(D) Authority to collect fee. The Recorder is authorized to tax and collect such fee as of 9-15-1995.
