(A) Definitions. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
DISTRICTS. A geographical area located within the county boundaries consisting of one or several townships.
TOWNSHIP. A unit of government.

(C) Districts. The County Commissioner election districts shall be divided into three districts as follows:
(1) District 1 shall include the townships of Boston, Franklin, New Garden and Wayne;
(2) District 2 shall include the townships of Abington, Center, Clay, Green and Webster; and
(3) District 3 shall include the townships of Dalton, Harrison, Jackson, Jefferson, Perry and Washington.
