§ 34.63 EXCEPTIONS.
   The following supplies are exempt from this purchasing policy:
   (A)   Medical vaccines purchased by the Health Department subject to purchase oversight by the Health Board.
   (B)   Jail inmate food products and supplies.
   (C)   Jail inmate medical vaccines and supplies.
