§ 34.42 PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT AND OUTREACH.
   (A)   Website. County government will upgrade its website for better public functionality and access to important Title VI and ADA information.
   (B)   Data collection.
      (1)   County government from time to time will utilize a voluntary public involvement survey to collect information regarding persons affected by proposed projects. The survey permits respondents to remain anonymous, while voluntarily answering questions regarding their gender, ethnicity, race, age, disability status and household income.
      (2)   County government may make this survey available at all public hearings and meetings. Completed surveys shall be retained for a period of three years from the date of the meeting and/or completion of the related project, if applicable.
