(A) There are standard U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) assurances that outline the county government’s guarantee for compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as a recipient of federal financial assistance.
(B) The specific federal and county assurances are available from the county. These assurances are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated herein as if set out in full.
