This plan is part of the county government’s ongoing effort to comply with civil rights regulations. This document communicates the county government’s intent to proactively meet and exceed minimum compliance requirements established under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VI), 49 C.F.R. part 26, and the related anti-discrimination statues and regulations. The county strives to provide continued transparency, clarity and technical guidance for internal and external constituents regarding its Title VI program.
