This subchapter prohibits the possession or use of PEDs at any location within the confines of the County Court House, 301 East Main Street, Richmond, Indiana, unless such possession and use are specifically excepted from the operation of this subchapter by the terms set forth herein. This subchapter is intended to be consistent with the terms and provisions of any rule promulgated by the members of the county judiciary and/or by the State Supreme Court, as such rules or restrictions would apply to the courtrooms and judicial offices located within said Court House. If any provision of this subchapter is contradicted by or in any material manner found to be in conflict with the provision(s) of any such judicially enacted rule or restriction, the provisions of the judicial rule or restriction shall be operable and shall be deemed to supersede the contradictory term(s) or provision(s) of this subchapter.
