§ 34.05 CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS.
   Council is willing to permit the acceptance of credit card payments to the Department and Commission from its client constituents in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
   (A)   If there is a charge to the Department or Commission for the use of a credit card, the Department and Commission shall collect the amount of that charge from the person who uses the particular credit card.
   (B)   The Department and Commission may contract with a bank card or credit card vendor for the acceptance of bank or credit cards provided by the vendor. However, if there is a vendor transaction charge or discount fee, whether billed to the Department or Commission or charged directly to the Department’s or Commission’s account, the Department and Commission shall collect from the person using the card an official fee that may not exceed the highest percentage transaction charge or discount fee charged to the Department and Commission by the bank or credit card vendors during the most recent collection period.
