§ 34.01 AMBULANCE SERVICE; COMMISSIONERS’ AUTHORITY.
   The Board of Commissioners of the county, as the county executive, is authorized to contract and in addition thereto pay claims in accordance with written specifications with and to private persons, entities or corporations to provide regular or emergency ambulance service within the county.
