§ 50.01 COMPLIANCE WITH PLUMBING CODE.
   (A)   All plumbing, piping, sewer systems, and water systems in the village shall comply with the state’s Plumbing Code of 2014, being Ill. Adm. Code Title 77, part 890, adopted by the Department of Public Health as now in force or as hereafter amended.
   (B)   Any premises, residence, building, or other structure in the village, which is not in compliance with said Plumbing Code, shall be given 30 days’ notice by the Village Clerk to bring such premises, building, structure, or residence into compliance with said state’s Plumbing Code, and if such premises, building, structure, or residence is not brought into compliance with said state’s Plumbing Code within said time, the same shall be disconnected from the utility systems of the said village. Said property shall not be reconnected to the said utility systems until it is brought into compliance with the state’s Plumbing Code.
