It shall be the duty of the Village Treasurer to keep a separate account of each of the aforesaid items of liability as fixed annually by the Village Board, and shall credit each its relative amount of the aggregate amount raised by general taxation, leaving the deficiency, if any, to be supplied, if necessary, by order of the Village Board and out of the village revenue from other sources.
