§ 33.19 LEVYING TAX OF PAYMENT OF A DEBT.
   Whenever said village is required to levy a tax for the payment of any particular debt, appropriation, or liability of the same, the tax for such purpose shall be included in the total amount assessed by the Village Board, and certified to the County Clerk as aforesaid; but the Village Board shall determine in the ordinance making such assessment what proportion of such total amount shall be applicable to the payment of such particular debt, appropriation, or liability; and the Village Treasurer shall set apart such proportion of the tax collected and paid to him or her for the payment of such particular debt, appropriation, or liability, and shall not disburse the same for any other purpose until such debt, appropriation, or liability shall have been discharged.
