§ 32.61 TRAINING.
   (A)   Auxiliary police officers, prior to entering upon any of their duties, shall receive training of police procedures appropriate for the exercise of the powers conferred upon them under this subchapter.
   (B)   Such training being as given by the Chief of Police. Other training and course of study shall be determined and provided in accordance with the state’s Police Training Act, being 50 ILCS 705/1 et seq.
   (C)   Upon completion of the course of training, the Chief of Police shall file a certificate attesting to the auxiliary police officer’s completion of the training course.
