§ 32.40 COMPLIANCE WITH REQUIREMENTS.
   The Chief of Police shall ensure that the Police Department complies with the requirements of the Minor Identification and Protection Act § 3, enacted by the 83rd General Assembly, as found in 325 ILCS 45/3.
