No member of the Police Department, while wearing the official police officer’s badge of the village, shall indulge in the use of intoxicating liquor of any kind and intoxication at any time shall be sufficient cause for removal from office. No member of the Police Department shall posses any illegal drug except in the line of duty, and possession of any such illegal drug, not in the line of duty, shall be sufficient for removal from office.
