§ 31.123 AUTHORITY TO MAKE ARRESTS OR COMMITMENT.
   Whenever, in the execution of his or her duty, it shall be necessary to make any arrest or commitment, the Village Constable is hereby authorized to make the same, and employ such force as may be necessary for the purpose.
