§ 31.106 DUTY TO DISCHARGE AND FILE COMPLAINTS.
   Should any person who should desires to work out his or her road tax himself or herself, or any person for him or her, be idle, not work diligently, be turbulent, interrupt other hands, and disobey, the Street Commissioner shall discharge said laborer from the road, and such person shall be subject to a fine of $2; and it shall be the duty of the Street Commissioner to immediately file a complaint before the Police Magistrate or Justice of the Peace for the collection of the same.
