§ 31.104 NOTICE REQUIREMENTS.
   The Street Commissioner shall cause each and every person against whom road labor is assessed as aforesaid, and who shall not pay $0.75 in lieu thereof, as aforesaid, within five days after being notified by the Street Commissioner to work on the streets, alleys, and public roads of said village, the number of days fixed by ordinance, by giving said road hands at least three days’ notice of the time and place fixed upon to work said streets, alleys, and public roads, either verbally, in person, or by written or printed notices; in either case, he or she shall specify the place and hour of meeting and a description of working tools to be brought.
