§ 31.102 EXAMINATIONS; REPORTS; RECOMMENDATIONS.

The Street Commissioner shall, from time to time, examine the condition of the streets, alleys, bridges, culverts, crossings, and sidewalks and report the same to the Village Board, and recommend such improvements or repairs as he or she may deem needed.
