§ 31.086 DUTIES.

The Treasurer shall receive all moneys belonging to said village, and shall keep his or her books and accounts in such a manner as to exhibit, at all times, the true financial condition of the corporation, and such books and accounts shall always be subject to the inspection of the President and Board of Trustees.
