(A) After the effective date of this section, no person who is not a resident of this village shall become an employee of this village and the employment of any employee of this village who ceases to reside in the village shall be terminated.
(B) Any person who is an employee of the village on the effective date of this section who is not a resident of this village shall be required to become a resident of this village within 90 days from the effective date hereof or have his or her employment terminated.
(C) This section shall not apply to employees of the village who were in the employment of the village on August 3, 1992, that being the effective date of such divisions (A) and (B) above.
