§ 30.43 CONTRACTS.

The President shall sign, on behalf of the village, all contracts made by the Board of Trustees, and it shall be his or her special duty to see that all parties contracting with the Village Board faithfully complies with his, her, or their part of the contract, and the President shall be ex-officio prosecuting attorney in all suits where the village is plaintiff.
