(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) The following penalties shall be imposed upon any person convicted of a violation of § 130.02:
(1) Such restitution or reparation as a court may require in the amount of the actual loss or damage to property or pecuniary loss but not to exceed $500. Nothing in this section shall preclude such
additional civil remedies available to a complaining party for any sum not recovered; and
(2) In addition or in lieu of such restitution or reparation as hereinabove provided, a fine of not to exceed $500 for each such offense. Said fine may be imposed upon the parent or legal guardian as hereinafter provided.
