§ 115.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any telecommunications provider who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 115.01 through 115.08 shall be subject to fine in accordance with § 10.99

(C) Any person, persons, company, or corporation who violates any of §§ 115.20 through 115.24 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in a sum not less than $10 or more than $50.
